1. Eligibility. AATA is open to individuals and groups residing in Eswatini and invited regions. Entrants for the Next Generation Innovator (Under 16) category must provide signed parent/guardian consent.
2. Originality & Rights. You confirm that your submission is your original work or that you have obtained permission for any third-party content used (e.g., beats, samples, images). You agree not to submit any material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
3. Limited License to NAA. You grant Nelisa Awakening Africa (NAA) a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and submitted materials for selection processes, event production, promotional activities, media coverage, archival purposes, and post-event reporting—always with due credit.
4. Privacy & Data Protection. NAA collects your data solely to administer AATA, communicate with you, conduct judging, run public voting, and promote finalists/winners. Data may be shared with vetted partners (e.g., judges, production, media) under confidentiality. NAA adheres to applicable data protection laws. For details, see the NAA Privacy Policy.
5. Selection & Voting. Shortlisting and awards consider a combination of judges' evaluation and public voting. NAA reserves the right to verify votes and disqualify fraudulent entries or activity.
6. Code of Conduct & Content Standards. Entrants agree to professional conduct; respectful, non-harmful content; and adherence to venue, safety, and legal regulations. NAA may remove entries that violate cultural values, legality, or public safety standards.
7. Fees & Refunds. Registration and voting fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Accessibility & Inclusion. NAA welcomes entrants with disabilities and will make reasonable accommodations where practicable. Please share accessibility needs in the application.
9. Liability & Indemnity. You agree to indemnify NAA against claims arising from your submissions or conduct. NAA is not liable for technical issues, lost data, or program changes due to circumstances beyond its control.
10. Program Changes. Dates, venues, or program elements may change. NAA will provide reasonable notice when possible.
11. Intellectual Property of AATA. The AATA concept, brand, and event format belong to NAA. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is prohibited.
12. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
